Since Christmas

 It's winter in Alaska.  Days are short, nights are long.  One must take advantage of the nice days.

A hike up to Mount Baldy in chilly temps cured a bit of cabin fever. That is Mt. Susitna (the Sleeping Lady) in the distance.


There is a trail to a small spring fed lake with a cabin, that was just enough of a hike for us.

Tried to get the last drops of Christmas too.  A hot cocoa Christmas Tree Lights viewing with her buddy (we each drove different cars while FaceTiming) and a late Christmas with neighbors did the trick.




Valentine's is in the air...
