My niece sent me a couple of
adorable pics of Miss Livvy out pumpkin picking and I thought OH MY GOSH I need
to take Fall pictures of Amelia before the snow flies!
It has been raining her for about 5 million
days straight and yesterday there was a break, so I dressed her quick and headed
out!
Since it has been raining it has been rather warm (I put her coat back on her once I got the shot with the pumpkins, but really it wasn’t too bad….considering we have had measurable snow already.
She doesn't always pose when I ask, but she gave me a few spidergirl and dance poses!

we headed off for a “mountain hike”.
This means we head down to our neighbor Jim’s house and circle around
his driveway and come up to our house via “the mountain”. It’s pretty much the biggest mountain ever
and Amelia makes sure I hold her hand so I don’t fall. Good thinking :)
We took a stroll down the road too, making sure we hit every leaf pile we can find, even though there is the risk of finding something a dog left ... sigh. Got to let a kid be a kid.
After an hour or so, she had enough...mad at mama.
costume update: well we have all the pieces, but Amelia has only tried one on and didn't care for it much. We are using the "do you realize you have to wear this costume on Halloween night to get candy???? No costume...no candy." She ignores us when we tell her this...stinker. It will be a miracle if we don't have snow on Halloween...everyone cross your fingers! (for no snow AND that Amelia puts her costume on as it is the best costume ever!)
