I forgot to mention in the last post of our run in with Santa himself.
Last year I posted about how we met Santa. Not a helper or someone posing as him...the authentic real deal. This year, she was skeptical of the Santa we saw at Bass Pro Shop and scoffed at various others. So, as we headed home one Saturday, I pulled into Cozy Carpet for the Merry Merchant Munch saying "let's just see". Amelia was convinced (but obviously nervous) that he wouldn't be there. We ducked around corners until we could get a good eye on who was sitting on the throne. Sure enough, he was there again! Came right over to her and hugged her. She was beaming.
Updated our photo frame on her nightstand.
Will also share a few pics of a Christmas Tea we were invited to at a friend's church. Her ice skating coach was there too!
