Wierbinski Visit Day Two

I usually end a visit with a trip to the Anchorage Museum and shopping downtown, as one usually needs the break from traveling around and hiking.  HOWEVER...our weather was reversed...thus our schedules.

I arm myself with my iPhone and Nikon on trips as I love the quick posts to Instagram (and other social media) and occasionally get more spontaneous shots with the phone rather than the bulky Nikon.  And since I am not the professional photographer that I want to be, my settings on the Nikon are many times skewed and I snap a bunch before realizing my ADD has kicked in and I forgot I was indoors.
:) :P  hence blurred and wacky shots...forgive me please.

"Andrea...the sign says don't touch"

"Andrea..don't be afraid, I am a professional."

"remember though, I am only 4"

More Bubbles

"Again...Andrea...the sign says don't touch"

More fun in the kid section

Ryan won for being the most attentive tourist..stopping to read signs and even scoring in Scattergories for coming up with some mumbo jumbo he read during his Alaskan journeys as we couldn't discredit him.

He tried to encourage Liz...she came in second.

But was distracted by Tag.

Andrea and Amelia came in last ... for obvious reasons.

Just so everyone knows Andrea did get yelled at by security when she touched yet another exhibit.  Unfortunately, Amelia likes to ride the huge elevator and they took the stairs, so I missed a photo of it.

Time for lunch at Snow City Cafe where I have never eaten as the lines have been too long.

The key I guess is to wait til 2 pm :)

Thursday...If rain..then Eagle River Nature Center and shopping in Anchorage.  Nice Weather...Independence Mine or Alyeska.

You will just have to wait and see...
