Disneyland Day 3

It was our final day at Disneyland.   Up early, dropped off our luggage and yet again ... first in line.  I should explain that it really doesn't mean you are first for all the rides, there were many people behind us that ran right past us.  We walked, took our time and still got to all the rides we wanted.  Usually with early morning hour, you get to do the ones you want.  That said...

We headed to Peter Pan's Flight first as that always seemed to have a huge line.  It is one of the original rides but frankly I would have been mad at myself if I stood in line for an hour for that.  Luckily it was only 15 min. or so.  We went straight to the tea cups again after that for another spin.

Lots of giggles.

Carousel again...got a snack and headed to see Tink.  Tinkerbell that is, no line ... no waiting.

There was a rather long line to meet a few princesses.

No matter...there were hugs and ...

and dances.

Until it was time to ride "Bug" back to the entrance....

where we spotted Daisy at the gate!

More hugs...

Then she whispered to Daisy to "can you go hug my mom?"  She did.  Then went after Dad...

... Amelia almost peed her pants.  Best character yet!

It was time to say goodbye to Disneyland side and head over to California Adventure to finish up on a few rides and lunch at Ariel's Grotto!

We did all the rides at Bugsland.

Watched Radiators Springs Racers..race.  Got to see Sally, the car we rode in.

Then headed for a late lunch at Ariel's Grotto where we met Ariel...

ate a scrumptious meal...

and met Belle...

and Rapunzel.

It was time to head back to the hotel for our ride to the airport.

Say goodbye to Minnie and Mickey...

and make the promise to return.

Goodbye Disneyland and a Happy Birthday, Amelia who turned 7 on the flight home.
