I think BUSY will be our word til Christmas is over.
The advent...or rather advents are up.
She has 3...one with a small present, one with a special candy and one lego friends.
And of course Kevin the Elf has been here and there. Even bringing a note from Santa and sending a wee tiny one himself.
Will have some pictures of our Lego Santa Village in the next post, but this should hold you over til then.
Spent Thanksgiving with our friends, the Krenzelok's, who live down Eagle River Rd. Getting a beautiful view on the way there.
Amelia and I headed out for Black Friday too. No crazy stuff here...just out by 10 home by 12. We have renamed it Pink Friday...just because. She was as happy as a lark until we went to Lowe's and there were no car carts :(
The Nutcracker was Thanksgiving weekend as well. Of course, she loved it. Brought her pet turtle Te (ET spelled backwards).
This past Friday was a long day. First we headed to the Eagle River Nature Center for a trip with her pre-school. It was 32 degrees at the house and 9 at the center...its called inversion. High up - warm...down low - cold.
That evening we dropped her back off at preschool for Parent's Day Out. 6pm to 10pm of fun games and a movie..all in their pjs. Brought her home and she fell asleep the minute her head hit the pillow.
busy...busy...busy.
