The last beautiful day for a bit they say, so we ventured out to the zoo. I had pulled the battery out of my Nikon to make sure it was all charged up the night before. I brought the camera...but forgot the battery ... I am a dummy. Thank goodness I always carry my Canon point and shoot!
After buying our season pass, popcorn and a hotdog, we visited with all Amelia’s buddies. The polar bears were first and we stayed and watched them for what seemed to be 45 minutes. I think she thought that was all there was. I am sure she did not remember coming last year. She is very fascinated by the streams that run thru the entire zoo, so we had to stop at every opportunity to say hi.
After seeing the moose, alpaca, musk ox, snow leopards, brown and black bears, and the tigers...we headed home. Until next time. More pics on the photo gallery of course.

Moose Poop....
it wasn’t, but she was pretty sure it was. We have been cleaning up massive amounts of moose poop this Spring .
